Any orders placed prior to 2pm Monday to Friday (Excl Bank Holidays) will be despatched the same day on a 48 hour delivery service.

Orders received after 2pm on Fridays, Weekends or Bank Holidays will be despatched the following working day.

How do I track my parcel?
Once you have placed your order we will provide you with instructions on how to do this by email.
 

Please note: We are unable to provide an exact delivery timeslot, unless you have pre arranged a timed delivery service with our customer service team. 

Do I Have To Be In To Sign For My Parcel?
Ideally yes, but if you cannot be at the delivery address to receive your parcel we can attach instructions for it to be left somewhere safe in the vicinity or with a nominated neighbour; please supply any special instructions in the ‘Additional Comments’ during checkout.

You must understand however that this is at your own risk so please make sure that wherever you choose is out of sight and somewhere the carriers can gain access to.
