How do I use your online service?

It’s easy! Browse through the products available & once you see the item you wish to purchase click Buy.

How do I make a purchase?

Once you’ve selected the items you wish to purchase, click Checkout. This is found on the top right of every page.  

You will have the option to either register as a new customer, log in as a returning customer or continue to check out as a guest.

What if I’ve forgotten my password?

Go to our LOGIN/REGISTER page and follow the forgotten password link.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?

GEO TRUST provides us with strong 256-bit capable SSL encryption which securely handles your personal data.
Please check the padlock at the foot of the browser and the HTTPS: in your address bar for peace of mind. 
PROTX.co.uk provides secure credit card transactions through their highly secure service.

We do not hold any credit card information.

How far in advance should I start packing before my move?

The earlier, the better! When you start packing up your home, start early to allow you to do small amounts at a time and get a feel for how much packaging materials you will need as you go along...

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Hopefully the order has not left our warehouse and we can cancel it for a full refund.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

Yes, please contact us immediately and we can add or delete items from your order. If the order has been shipped you will need to place another order to purchase additional items.

What quality standard are the cartons?

Our cardboard boxes are the same quality as your professional mover or local moving supply store.

What is your Environmental Policy?

Where possible our packaging products are made from recyclable material or the material is obtained from a sustainable environment.

The boxes we supply are glued rather than stapled which makes them 100% biodegradable.
